Robot & Tightening programmer (Engineer)

Main Function:
  • Simulation of robot cells
  • Create robot programs according to MSAS Specificactions
  • Commissioning robot cell in European Plants
  • Services support
Language skills - excellent English          
 
Tasks
  • Create simulation of robot cells, including cycle time analysis, layout,…                                               
  • Program Robot for different manufacturers (FANUC, ABB at least, KUKA and Universal Robot)              
  • Optimized assembly process (tightening and clipping) through automation                                        
  • Fulfilment on performance KPI: tightening rates, OEE, cycle time…                                        
  • Set up vision system for differents environments and components                                                        
  • Collaborate in project documentation back-up of Robot programs .                                                     
  • To participate the activities' of new projects, from the initial phase (definition and specifications) to the SOP, assuring the learning processes and application of lessons learned.                                           
  • Supports customer (plants) with service on existing cells                                                                        
  • Provide trainings inside organization       
  • General knowldge on PLC, MES and HMI programming                                               
  • Deep knowledge on programming robot (Fanuc, ABB)                                 
  • Deep knowledge on tightening tools configuration (Atlas Copco; Weber; Dessoutter..)                    
  • General Knowledge on assembly process (tightening, clipping, placing)                                               
  • Vision system configuration                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
Professional Experience
  • Degree in engineering or robotic                                                                                                                    
  • Robotic Advance Knowledge (Simulation, Programming,...)
  • Industrial IT knowledge (PLC-, Communication,…-Programming) 
  • Experience in an automobile industrie (more than 2 years) as well as in assembly and logistics processes.     
  • Lean concepts and methods (Kaizen 5s, Kanban, Value Stream, Lean Automation,...)                                                                                                                                             
Project Experience
  • Project Management (KPI, timelines, requirements,…)    
  • Analysis and optimization of complex processes in assembly and logistics
