Project Manager Cockpit
Main Function:
- Define, plan, execute and commissioning automation projects in europe
- Prepare offers for internal customers.
- Management of project and Automation team to fullfill technical requirements define in the signed book of specifications, the timeline and contracted costs.
Tasks:
- Project Management of automation solution internal
- Commercial offers preparation after RFQ
- Coordination of automation team
- Fulfilment on performance KPI: cost, timelines, equipment performance,..
- Supplier management for HSE, documentation, mechanical construction,..
- Provide documentation as 3D Modells; 2D drawings, Eplan, Pneumatical plans, manuals, Risk assesments, MFMEA,...
- To participate the activities' of new projects, from the initial phase (definition and specifications) to the SOP, assuring the learning processes and application of lessons learned.
- Supports customer (plants) with service on existing cells
- Provide trainings inside organization
- Project management expert
- Good knowledge on suppliers management
- Capability to support internal customer
- General Knowledge on assembly process (tightening, clipping, placing, conveyors, ...)
- Good knowledge on automation (robot cells, conveyors, AGV,...)
- Professional Experience
- Degree in engineering
- Project management
- Lean concepts and methods (Kaizen 5s, Kanban, Value Stream, Lean Automation,...)
- Experience in an automobile industrie (more than 2 years) as well as in assembly and logistics processes.
- Project Management (KPI, timelines, requirements,…)
- Analysis and optimization of complex processes in assembly and logistics
- Focus on internal customer satisfaction
- Know how transfer and best practise sharing
